Refund & Cancellation Policy

Booking a session with Dr. Hetal Sanghavi means a dedicated time slot is reserved for you. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible within reason.

 

Cancellations

 

If you need to cancel your session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made before this window will be eligible for a full refund or can be rescheduled at no extra cost.

 

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund. No-shows (missed sessions without notice) will also not be refunded.

 

Rescheduling

 

You may reschedule your session once without any additional charge if you inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to availability.

 

Refunds

 

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method. Please note that any transaction or platform fees are non-refundable.

 

Workshops & Group Sessions

 

For group sessions or workshops, seats are limited. Once booked, your spot is confirmed and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your booking to the next available batch (subject to availability).
