Can I book a session if I don’t believe in tarot or spirituality?
Absolutely. You don’t need to believe in tarot for this to work. Many of my clients come simply to talk, reflect, and find emotional support. The tools are optional — the healing is real.
What kind of issues do people usually come to you with?
Most clients come to me for help with anxiety, overthinking, relationship trauma, low self-worth, emotional confusion, or life transitions. I also work with people dealing with grief, loneliness, and burnout. Whatever you’re facing — you’re not alone.
How do I book a session?
You can fill out the short form on the website or DM me on Instagram. Once I understand what you’re going through, I’ll suggest a 1:1 session or invite you to the next group therapy batch.
How long is a 1:1 session?
Each session typically lasts between 45 to 60 minutes. This gives us enough time to explore your thoughts, feelings, and insights deeply — without feeling rushed.
Do I need to prepare anything before the session?
Just find a quiet space where you feel safe and undisturbed. You don’t need to come with questions — but feel free to journal or reflect beforehand if it helps.
Are these therapy sessions clinical or spiritual?
They are therapy-informed but not clinical or diagnostic. I blend emotional guidance, reflective tools, and spiritual practices in a way that feels supportive and personalized.
