I’m Dr. Hetal Sanghavi — a tarot reader, intuitive guide, and therapist-in-training. But more than that, I’m someone who’s deeply committed to holding space for people navigating emotional pain, confusion, and transformation.

 

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the inner world — the part of us that holds our fears, our stories, our wounds, and our truth. Over the years, I found tarot as a powerful mirror — not to predict the future, but to understand the present. It gave me language when words failed. And it gave my clients clarity when they felt lost.

 

But I also saw something missing. Tarot alone could reveal patterns, but it couldn’t always help people heal them. That’s when I chose to deepen my practice through formal therapy training. I didn’t want to just help people “feel better.” I wanted to walk with them — through the discomfort, the questions, and the quiet rebuild.

 

Today, my work is rooted in both intuition and psychology. In each session, I combine gentle conversation, reflective tools, and spiritual insight to help people process what’s heavy, reconnect with themselves, and find emotional release.

 

I work with people from all walks of life — professionals battling burnout, individuals healing from breakups or emotional trauma, people stuck in overthinking loops, or those simply unsure of what’s wrong but knowing something isn’t right.

 

I don’t offer quick fixes or magic cures. What I offer is presence. A safe space. A new perspective. And the tools to slowly return to your centre.

 

Because healing isn’t a straight line. And you don’t have to walk it alone.

Mission

My mission is to help people reconnect with themselves — emotionally, spiritually, and mentally — using a blend of therapeutic practices and intuitive guidance.

 

I believe healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken; it’s about gently understanding what’s hurting. Through deeply personal sessions, I aim to create a space where you feel safe to explore your emotions, uncover your patterns, and begin again — with more clarity, compassion, and courage.

 

This work isn’t about quick fixes or forced positivity.

It’s about truth, softness, and your right to heal — in your own time, in your own way.
